- Admission is open to students in class I (with a valid certificate). Admissions are made by the school authorities , depending upon the norms of selection and the availability of seats.
- Every candidate for admission must be introduced by the parents /guardian who will be responsible for his/her conduct, progress in studies, discipline and payment of fees.
- There will be an entrance test for Admission. No re-examination will be conducted on any account.
- Parents who seek admission should approach the school authorities directly and Should not seek for any recommendation.
- Ursuline public school does not receive any donation in connection with admission other than the prescribed fees
- To pass in any subject a student has to secure 40% marks. A student who secures in all tests and examinations 40% marks on average in the aggregate only will qualify for promotion at the end of the school year
- A student who fails in English will not be promoted
- A student who fails twice in succession in the same class must leave the school
- The withdrawal notice must be given in writing by the parent/guardian responsible for the student and not by the student.
- A month`s tuition fees has to be paid by those who apply for a transfer certificate after the re- opening of the school regardless of whether or not the student has attended the school
